In each of the African countries where we work, G.D.C. deals directly with the Prime Ministers or Ministers, or the Presidents themselves, to engage them in business in which either we have sources of funds, or they have funding for, where we use the sub-contractors below to execute these projects once they are awarded to our company, which is a managing company and not a broker.

G.D.C. signs the contract directly with the sponsors or governments, or the external contractors and sub-contractors.  These companies and experts come and execute these projects under the scrutinized G.D.C. financial and technical audit, follow up, and supervision operated by our full time hired experts who specialize in these tasks.  Once the Government finances, or G.D.C. finds an external investor in one of the above domains, G.D.C. brings its sub-contractors to work while we provide our sponsors.  We the provide a thorough monthly released report describing the technical and financial project progress made.

Because G.D.C. cannot afford to risk to lose these African connections and disappoint these sub-contractors, it is important for our organization to make sure that the programs we announce to these Prime Ministers, Presidents, or Ministers, are legitimate, well founded, sound, authentic, and can generate the funds we introduce to their attention must be described in simple terms that can be quickly and easily grasped as well.

G.D.C. is well positioned to establish the programs in the African countries if the ward of the project is well negotiated and approved by our committee and we will move forward from there.
